Plant Me FL Shipping Policy

At Plant Me FL, we specialize in delivering healthy, Florida-grown trees and plants directly to your home. Because many of our products are live plants, special handling, timing, and delivery conditions apply.

By placing an order with Plant Me FL, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Where We Ship

We currently ship and deliver within Florida, with service focused on Central Florida and surrounding areas. Availability may vary by plant type, size, and season.

Some products may not be available for shipment to all locations due to agricultural, climate, or carrier restrictions.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.
Live plants require careful preparation, inspection, and packing before shipping to ensure health and quality.

During peak planting seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Shipping and delivery times vary based on:

  • Product size and type

  • Your location

  • Seasonal volume

  • Weather conditions

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available, but all delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.


Live Plant Shipping

Because trees and plants are living products:

  • Shipments may be scheduled to avoid extreme heat, cold, or storms.

  • We may delay shipping to protect plant health.

  • Some orders may be split into multiple shipments.

Once plants leave our care, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather.


Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct and complete delivery address

  • Ensuring safe and accessible delivery location

  • Being available to receive the order if required

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Inaccessibility

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Customer not available

Additional delivery attempts or return shipping fees may apply, and refunds may be limited.


Risk of Loss

Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier or delivered, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Plant Me FL is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Weather-related damage during transit


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery method

  • Location

Some oversized trees or bulk orders may require special freight or local delivery and may incur additional charges.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We will review and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Weather Delays

Plant Me FL reserves the right to delay shipments due to extreme heat, cold, storms, or unsafe transit conditions to protect live plants. These delays do not qualify for cancellation or refunds.
